Job Description
Due to growth, a world leader in steel manufacturing is looking for a Sales Manager. Join this aggressive, growing company with an entrepreneur management style. Looking for a creative, committed individual who is open to challenge and who has the business sense to contribute to the overall business plan.

Responsibilities include:
-Pricing
-Marketing Strategies
-Customer base expansion
-Managing 10 outside sales reps covering the southern U.S.
-Managing 6 inside sales support staff

Required:
B.S. Degree
Minimum of 5 years sales management experience (managing outside and inside sales staff)
Experience in Steel, joist, pre-engineered metal building, or construction


Minimal travel involved.
